Terms of Service for Eventgram
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These Terms govern access to Eventgram, operated by Eventgram Technologies, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating a Host account, buying an event plan, or uploading media to a gallery, you agree to them.
The service
Eventgram lets a Host create a private photo and video album that guests reach through a QR code or share link. Guests can upload and, where the Host allows it, view media from a mobile browser without an account. Eventgram is an event collection and sharing tool, not a permanent backup; keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Plans, storage and limits
- Free: $0, 500 MB, kept 30 days after the event ends, files up to 25 MB.
- Party: $29 one-time, 5 GB, kept 12 months.
- Wedding: $49 one-time, 25 GB, kept 24 months.
- Signature: $79 one-time, 50 GB, kept 36 months.
- Storage extensions: +25 GB for $12, +100 GB for $39 or +300 GB for $109; each adds 12 months to that event.
An event ends when the Host ends it, or automatically 14 days after the event date. Paid events accept files up to 200 MB, subject to remaining storage. Uploads pause at the storage cap. Anti-abuse limits currently allow 50 uploads per hour from each guest device, with a 2,000-upload hourly ceiling across the whole event.
Business plans (Pro, Venue and Agency) are annual subscriptions that renew automatically. The full terms, including the first-payment refund window and cancellation rules, are in section 3A.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, which handles card processing, tax, receipts, invoices and payment disputes. Eventgram does not receive or store full card numbers. Direct purchases may be refunded in full within 14 days; if the event has gone live or more than 25 photos or videos have been uploaded, we may decline a refund or offer a partial refund at our discretion. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer right. AppSumo purchases follow the AppSumo listing and its 60-day refund policy.
Your content
Hosts and Guests keep ownership of the photos and videos they create. A Guest grants the Host permission to view, display, download, moderate and share that media with attendees of the event. A Guest also grants Eventgram a limited licence to store, process, display and package the media solely to run the service. We do not use private event media in marketing without written permission and do not use it to train AI or facial-recognition models.
Acceptable use and consent
The Host is responsible for notice and consent for event photography, including parental consent for minors, venue rules and guest opt-outs. Do not upload unlawful, non-consensual, infringing, abusive or exploitative content. We may remove content, blur media, suspend an event or close an account that violates these Terms or creates a legal or security risk.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventgram's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected event plan in the 12 months before the claim, or $29 for a Free event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and consumers keep their statutory rights.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and the courts of Pune have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights. For support, billing questions or legal notices, email support@eventgram.space.
